Japonica Works rents studio and workspace to artists, artisans and creators.
All available space that is built out is currently rented. As we build out studios we will rent them out. Sign up for our waitlist. We won’t blow up your email. We’ll just let you know when we are building out space that will soon be available.

Studios inside our main warehouse. Before us, the building was a shop that built chassis for Mardi Gras floats. It is still a place where things get made.

Write with the kind of work you do and roughly how much space you need.
Walk the space
Come visit. Check out the space. As we build out studios we will let you know. (We are currently looking for a Maker Space operator and a Farmer’s Market).
Sign, then Create
We’ll execute a lease and then you get to work. You need not be a not-for-profit, just do good work.
